Katie + Jeffrey

So this event was a little unique in that I didn't actually do the flowers.  Normally I work with fresh flowers exclusively because I love them, I have an awesome wholesaler, and they are what I am most familiar with.  That being said when my high school friend Katie called me the week of her wedding and said she had decided she wanted to add some "natural elements" to the Old Decatur courthouse for her ceremony decor.  I'll be honest, I was out of my element because I didn't have time to order anything from my fresh cut flower wholesaler.  So we went shopping and came up with a look that went well with her theme of mason jars and candlelight.  It was truly one of the most romantic weddings I have ever attended as it was accompanied with a lightning storm that bounced light off of the marble setting of their venue.  My husband and I left the wedding running barefoot in the rain and laughing.  They were such a fun couple to celebrate with!!
Here's my design for her ceremony background!

Gotta finish with some booties!
